成都茶文化

巴蜀饮茶习俗源于先秦，是古老巴蜀文化的重要内容之一。成都特有的矮桌竹椅和茶碗、茶盖、茶船子的“三年头”茶具，形成了一种独特的茶船文化，也叫盖碗茶文化。茶馆、茶肆在蜀中更是历史悠久，遍布巴蜀城乡和街巷，极富特色，或隐于闹市，或立于郊野，置身于其中，不但可以品茗养性，还可以听评书、看围鼓，体味巴蜀的风土人情。

中国茶道从创始以来，就与佛教有着千丝万缕的联系。“禅茶一味”这四个字足以形象地说明禅与茶的关系，坐禅和品茶是一个道理，都可以静心修身。四川的禅茶有着悠久的历史，据考证蜀中禅茶与日本的茶道有着极深的渊源。

“禅茶一味”是在宋代由郫县人、成都昭觉寺住持圆悟克勤禅师提出的，日本茶道的开山鼻祖村田珠光正是在圆悟克勤的影响下，悟出“茶禅一味”的真谛，成为日本茶道精神。村田珠光因茶而悟道之后，他的老师一休禅师将圆悟克勤禅师手书的“禅茶一味”遗墨传付与他。
